Refunds & Exchange Policy

D Theatre Malaysia permits the return or exchange of purchased tickets for a full refund only if they were incorrectly issued or affected by unforeseen errors on our part. Tickets must be in good condition to be eligible.

Soiled, damaged, lost, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
Returns or exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date of the same show, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. An administrative fee of MYR 5.00 per ticket will apply.
